CA Dipak Jagetiya is the founder of our firm and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). With a deep-rooted expertise in Direct Tax, Assurance and Accounting, he has significantly contributed to the field. In his pursuit of continuous learning, he qualified as a Company Secretary (CS) on his first attempt and earned a Master of Commerce degree. His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his successful completion of the DISA (ICAI) and ICAI's certificate courses in Concurrent Audit of Banks and Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD). He is also giving his service as Independent Director in various Listed and unlisted Companies.

CA Dipak Jagetiya has consistently excelled academically, standing as a rank holder in both the CA and M.Com examinations. His articleship was completed with one of India's most reputed firms, where he gained invaluable experience working with listed corporations across the country. Over the past 15 years, he has been at the helm of our firm, expertly handling Audit & Assurance, Direct and Indirect Tax matters, and providing top-tier Management Consultancy and Advisory services.

CA Deep Talsania

CA Deep Talsania is an Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a qualified Chartered Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.

With extensive experience in Indirect Tax, Direct Tax, Audit, and Assurance, CA Deep Talsania has developed a strong expertise, particularly in Indirect Taxation, including GST Advisory, Litigation, Assessment, and Appeal Matters. His experience was honed while working with a highly reputed Advocate firm in Ahmedabad.

In 2022, he joined our firm as a Partner, where he now oversees Auditing, GST, and Compliance matters for our clients, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism
